Senior Sales Associate

Description
As the face of James Free Jewelers, sales associates work closely with customers to determine their wants and/or needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right products for them. They are also expected to be able to professionally work with customer complaints to ensure maximum client retention and satisfaction. To be successful as a sales associate, you are expected to achieve excellent customer service, stay up-to-date with product features, maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards, and consistently meet store sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit professional sales associate characteristics, attitude, and behaviors
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire shopping experience.
- Assist with store merchandising and visual presentation.
- Respond to all customer inquiries through continuous education of merchandise offered by James Free Jewelers.
Qualifications
- Proven jewelry retail sales.
- Experience with customer service.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but will consider candidates with strong jewelry sales experience.
- GIA certification/in process of certification (preferred)
