You may return or exchange your James Free Jewelers purchase within 30 days of the shipment date in a new and unused state, in perfect condition with all tags, including the “Do Not Remove” tag and stickers attached. James Free Jewelers will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear, usage, or has been altered from its original condition.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within two weeks of delivery date on watches that are unworn and unaltered from their original condition with all tags attached, warranty card included, and original packaging included.

Free return shipping is limited to a maximum one return per item. Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
