Each piece of jewelry from John Hardy is meticulously hand crafted by local Balinese artisans employed from the surrounding communities. The jewelry goes through an intricate eight step process which includes wax carving, casting, and gemstone setting. John Hardy has ensured that the techniques used, such as carving, hand-hammering, and chain weaving, are true to the traditions of the Balinese royal courts. These skills allow the artisans to create pieces that are individually unique and capture the culture and heritage of Bali.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within two weeks of delivery date on watches that are unworn and unaltered from their original condition with all tags attached, warranty card included, and original packaging included.
Free return shipping is limited to a maximum one return per item. Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
