You may return or exchange your James Free Jewelers purchase within 30 days of the shipment date in a new and unused state, in perfect condition with all tags, including the “Do Not Remove” tag and stickers attached. Returns and exchanges are accepted within two weeks of delivery date on watches that are unworn and unaltered from their original condition with all tags attached, warranty card included, and original packaging included.
